1. Acceptance and scope
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, accessing or using Veridati services, the user and the organization they represent agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Users acting on behalf of a legal entity represent that they have authority to bind that entity.
2. About Veridati
Veridati is an operational verification platform for organizations, locations, teams, tasks, checklists, evidence and reports.
Available features may vary by plan, product version and technical evolution.
3. Registration, organization and roles
Registration requires accurate and current information and email confirmation where applicable.
The first user who creates an organization becomes its Supervisor and can administer roles and access under platform rules.
Customers are responsible for keeping users, roles, permissions, locations and settings current.
4. Credentials and account security
Credentials are personal and must not be shared. Customers must adequately control access to their organization.
Suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials or misuse must be reported promptly.
Veridati may suspend sessions or access where necessary to address material security, fraud or Terms violations.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
- Do not access third-party accounts, data or infrastructure without authorization.
- Do not upload malware or malicious code.
- Do not bypass security controls, plan limits or authorization mechanisms.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination or unlawful processing of personal data.
- Do not reverse engineer or exploit the service except as permitted by law.
6. Customer data and content
Customers retain responsibility for content and data submitted to the platform, including text, answers, photographs, team information and operational records.
Customers represent that they have the legal basis and authorizations required for personal data they submit.
Veridati may process those data as processor according to customer instructions and service requirements.
7. Tasks, checklists and evidence
The platform supports execution and verification of operational procedures.
Photographs, geolocation, timestamps, duration, approvals and related records improve traceability but do not independently guarantee forensic authenticity, freedom from fraud, legal compliance or regulatory adequacy of a customer's operation.
Customers remain responsible for their procedures, compliance criteria, questions, responsibilities and internal rules.
8. Plans, limits and prices
Services may be offered under Free, Basic, Pro and Premium plans with limits and features described in the current pricing table.
Prices are set by market and currency and are not necessarily automatic currency conversions.
Veridati may change future-cycle pricing and commercial conditions with appropriate notice and subject to applicable law.
9. Billing and payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis, currently through Stripe or a replacement payment provider.
Paid access begins after payment confirmation.
After a payment failure, a grace period of up to 3 days may apply. Continued non-payment may cause the organization to move to Free without immediate deletion of its data.
10. Upgrade, downgrade and cancellation
Upgrades may be made at any time and generally become effective after payment confirmation.
Downgrades generally apply to the next billing cycle while the current plan remains available through the paid period.
Cancellation may be requested at any time. Paid features remain available through the current cycle unless immediate suspension is legally or contractually justified.
11. Retention after cancellation
Veridati currently plans a 30-day operational retention period after cancellation to allow reactivation.
After that period, data may be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal obligations, security, fraud prevention and legal claims.
- Permanently deleted after the retention period: locations, team members, checklists, tasks, executions, and photo evidence.
- Kept for tax purposes, even after deletion: billing and invoicing records (amount, date, and status).
12. Availability, maintenance and evolution
Veridati will use reasonable efforts to maintain a secure and available service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, incidents, provider failures, force majeure and updates may temporarily affect availability.
Interfaces and features may change for product evolution, security or legal compliance, while avoiding unjustified material reduction of essential paid-plan functionality.
13. Third-party services
The service may depend on third-party cloud, email, mapping, app store and payment services.
Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Intellectual property
The Veridati brand, software, code, documentation, interfaces and proprietary content belong to Veridati or its licensors.
Customers receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service while maintaining a valid account under these Terms and plan limits.
15. Feedback
Voluntary suggestions and feedback may be used to improve Veridati without transferring ownership of customer content and without an obligation to implement the suggestion.
16. Confidentiality
Each party must protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the contractual relationship, except where disclosure is authorized, necessary to provide the service or legally required.
17. Personal data protection
The parties will comply with Brazil's LGPD and other applicable data protection rules.
Where Veridati acts as processor, the customer remains responsible for processing purposes and legal bases, and Veridati will process data according to documented instructions and contractual obligations.
18. Suspension and termination for breach
Veridati may suspend or restrict access in cases of security risk, fraud, unlawful use, material Terms violation, non-payment or valid authority order.
Where reasonably possible, Veridati will explain the measure and allow remediation unless doing so would compromise security, investigation or legal obligations.
19. Liability
Each party is responsible for its own acts and obligations.
Veridati is not responsible for the customer's internal process design, user-submitted content, legality of customer instructions or decisions made solely from platform-generated data.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by Brazilian law, preserving mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
20. Misuse and indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, customers are responsible for losses arising from content, instructions or use that violate law, third-party rights or these Terms when attributable to the customer or its users.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Civil Code, Consumer Protection Code, Marco Civil da Internet and LGPD where applicable.
Jurisdiction and venue will follow mandatory Brazilian legal rules. In business relationships where forum selection is legally valid, the parties may define a forum in a specific contract.
22. Changes to the Terms
Veridati may update these Terms to reflect legal, commercial, technical or security changes.
Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means and will take effect as required by law or contract.
