How to request deletion
Whoever administers the organization (Supervisor role) can request account deletion directly from the Veridati Account app.
- Go to account.veridati.online and sign in as Supervisor.
- Go to Settings and click "Delete account", in the Danger Zone section.
- You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address — deletion only takes effect once you click the link in that email.
- If you cannot access the account, email support@veridati.online from the organization's registered address requesting deletion.
What happens to your data
Once you confirm deletion via the email link, the account is deactivated immediately. Within 30 days, all of the organization's data is permanently deleted:
- Registered locations
- Team members (users, names, emails, and other personal data)
- Checklists, tasks, and their settings
- Executions performed and recorded answers
- Photo evidence and its geolocation
Billing and invoicing records (amount, date, and status of each charge) are kept even after deletion, for tax purposes — with no personal data beyond the associated organization.
Grace period and reversal
Between confirming the request and permanent deletion, there is a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind within that period, contact support@veridati.online to request reactivation — no data is deleted before the end of this period.
After 30 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
