Straight answers about how Veridati works, plans and support.
Veridati turns tasks, checklists, inspections and procedures into traceable execution, connecting people, locations and teams to real evidence of what was done — not just what should have happened.
It's a simple cycle: you build the checklist or procedure, the team in the field executes it and records evidence, deviations and approvals are tracked, and in the end you get a report showing what actually happened at each location.
Any operation with distributed locations and teams — today we serve retail, quality, food, construction and contracts, facilities, public sector and security, among others.
No. The Free plan doesn't ask for payment details — you only subscribe to a paid plan when you're ready.
Upgrades apply immediately — the new limit kicks in the moment you switch. Downgrades only take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, so nothing you're already using gets cut off.
Your account stays active for a 3-day grace period so you can sort out the payment without losing access right away.
Every execution can record a photo, geolocation, date, time, who did it and response time. Veridati also shows the distance between where the evidence was recorded and the registered location.
Five levels: Operator (executes in the field), Assistant Manager and Location Manager (own one location), Manager (sees every location) and Supervisor (follows and validates execution).
