A complete overview of the operational cycle, roles, evidence and plans.
Every process in Veridati follows the same cycle: build the checklist or procedure, the team executes it in the field and records evidence, deviations and approvals are tracked in real time, and you get reports showing what actually happened — not just what should have happened — at each location.
The operation is organized into five levels: Operator (carries out tasks and checklists in the field), Assistant Manager (supports management with partial permissions), Location Manager (owns the operation for one specific location), Manager (sees every location under their management) and Supervisor (follows day-to-day execution and validates what was done).
Every recorded execution can include a photo, geolocation, date, time, who did it and response time. The platform also calculates the distance between where the evidence was recorded and the registered location, which helps confirm the execution actually happened in the right place.
There are four plans — Free, Basic, Pro and Premium — growing in number of locations, people and checklists per month. All paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe, upgrades apply immediately, downgrades take effect the next cycle, and there's a 3-day grace period after a failed payment. See current pricing on the Pricing page.
Veridati has been available in Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian and French from day one, with pricing adapted for Brazil, Europe and the United States — built for operations with locations in more than one country.
